I love cowboy poetry. It is more than just entertainment. Just like the Native Americans would sit in a circle to hear tales of the hunt and life's lessons passed from generation to generation, Cowboy Poetry also marks the stories of an ever disappearing way of life. Some Cowboy Entertainers repeat the stories of old, But Kelly Poulsen's tales come from his actual, own cowboy experiences. He brings you into his memories and you feel as though you may know for just a moment what he is trying to tell you. In my opinion, Kelly Poulsen is destined to be among the great legends of Cowboy Poetry.
